Overview

Ages 10 and up to throw axes

• Close toed footwear is required to throw (no sandals or high-heels)

• No outside food or beverage is permitted in the axe lanes

• Respect your axe throwing coach

• We reserve the right refuse service to guests who are abusive towards our coaches, visibly intoxicated, or are not following proper safety procedures and instructions for axe throwing.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

• Damaged of pitted axes

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Booking Policy at Axes

All bookings are subject to our 12-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel or reschedule your reservation, as long as you give us at least 12 hours’ notice, unfortunately there are no refunds, your reservation can be transferred to a new reservation; or person, whichever you prefer. With less than 12 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your booking ONE time. If your reservation is not rescheduled; or transferred without 12 hours notice, your reservation will be forfeited. 

Refund Policy 

There are no refunds at Chatham Axes; Purchase credit is issued. Purchase credit will last for 12 months from the date of the original purchase. 

Rain Dates

Chatham Axes is an outdoor throwing facility. Rain dates will always be honored the following day, to reserve a different day send request to: chathamaxes@gmail.com.
